Just some pictures of the cowl work.
I put the cowl in place and then drilled and clecoed some scrap to hold it in place. Then I removed the cowl and drilled the hinges from the inside. The hinges were pre-drilled on the workbench. Turned out fine. One thing I would change is to have the lower hinge up a bit higher – about 1/8″ or so.
