OK, so the first batch of “proseal” did not ever dry. I botched up the mixture by not pumping the plunger in and out at least 50 times. My bad, but at least I learned (again) to read the instructions. Pretty embarassing, that’s for sure.

Here are all the parts with the old proseal all cleaned off, and ready for another try.

Cover plate where the fuel sender would go if I had installed the flop tube. I punted on that for a variety of reasons.

Seems to have worked fine. We’ll know more when I get the gas in!
