Some photos of how the hot air valve/heater box was done. Still need more photos to complete the picture.

Here is the valve after I’ve fixed the lever – the spot welds failed so I riveted it in place.

The panel here separating the baggage area from the rudder pedals is just notched to allow the bowden cable to pass through.

Here is where the cable enters the gear tours, and goes to a push-pull knob. The loose wires are for an oxygen/lambda sensor I’m in the middle of installing.

The bowden cable turns the corner easily.

Here is the view towards the front. The giant hole that’s patched was the passthrough for the wiring for my Subaru engine.

Looks like my “holder” is not holding any more!
