Pete Krok has been experimenting with fuel pressure settings on his
supercharged single cam. He is using a wideband O2 monitor to check
the resultant a/f ratio. I have done the same on the STI motor. We
have both settled in on the same final fuel pressure.

For Pete’s motor and my motor 32PSI fuel pressure with the engine not
running has yielded reasonable full throttle, open loop a/f ratios.
This gives a full power a/f of about 13.5/1 which will keep the motors
safe at high power levels without burning excessive fuel. The rest of
the map takes care of itself. Calibration only needs to be done at
full power.
