27 Dec 2016 Baffle rear mount bracket
The rear of the baffle requires some support and the plans suggest a bracket from the front side to support the baffles. This looks fine until you are ready to install the baffle seals. The bracket gets in the way.
I saw a photo from another builder that made a bracket from the rear. I can’t find that photo again so can’t credit the builder.
Here is my take on this. I used 0.063 2024 alclad sheet. Ā It is exactly 4″x4″ before shaping and bending.
Yes, the lightening holes are perfectly aligned – it must be an optical illusion! š
